Officers responded to the listed location for a report of a three-vehicle crash. After an investigation, officers learned Porter was following too closely behind Fuller and Dunkin. Once traffic slowed, Porter did not have enough time to slow down and rear-ended Fuller who in turn rear-ended Dunkin. Based on Porter's actions, Porter was cited for following too closely. All vehicles were operable and were driven from the scene.

Officers responded to the area of Fast Stop Market after the store owner reported a male, later identified as Garcia, came into the store and drank half a bottle of wine without paying for it and then left for a short amount of time. The owner reported Garcia then reentered the store and attempted to steal another bottle of wine, with the store owner grabbing onto the bottle and attempting to gain possession of it while Garcia held onto it and tried to leave the store with it. Garcia used physical force to resist and prevent the store owner from taking the bottle of wine back from him, which lasted for approximately seven seconds. The store owner was able to take the bottle of wine away from Garcia, and Garcia left the scene on foot. Officers contacted Garcia a short distance away and detained him without incident. He was transported to Douglas County Corrections.

Garcia had been arrested about an hour prior for doing the exact same thing at a nearby store and was lodged at corrections at the time. While at Corrections, officers issued Garcia citations for the above listed crimes.

Officers were unable to contact the RO of the vehicle and Roseburg Towing responded to the location and took possession of it. Stoddard was transported to Douglas County Corrections where he was booked and lodged.
